EU member states greenlight tougher emissions targets

EU member states greenlight tougher emissions targets — — -Brussels (Brussels Morning) On Monday, ministers of the 27 EU member states gave the green light to the law which makes the Union’s tougher greenhouse gas emission cuts legally binding.
